What they won’t tell you about this
Location is stellar -- close to a beautiful park and various eateries! The staff was incredibly professional and warm. they truly enhanced our experience.
Street noise was bothersome during the night! Also, the breakfast could use more variety beyond the usual options.

The hotel offers a fantastic location just 100 meters from the metro station, making it easy to reach the city center in about 10 minutes. The staff here really impressed me, from the friendly receptionists to the welcoming team in the breakfast area. The cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was top-notch. My room had a mini-bar, which I appreciated, and though the bed was exceptionally firm, I still found it comfortable overall. Parking at 18€ per day was a little steep but the covered area was secure and accessible. One downside was the small elevator. it can only fit one person with luggage, which can be inconvenient during busy times. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its great service and cleanliness, but those seeking more spacious rooms or more moderate parking costs might want to consider their options.

Positive, The location was convenient, right by a metro station. My single room was small but comfortable, with nice plasterwork. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were super friendly. I appreciated the clean sheets and towels. 😊

Strategic metro access, clean common areas, ample natural light in rooms
The elevator is so tiny!!! It can barely fit your luggage, and good luck if you’re waiting during rush hours. The outdated decor and occasional unpleasant odors from some rooms need urgent attention!!!

Cleans up nice!
I really enjoyed the spacious room and how tidy everything was! The staff was super friendly and helped out with breakfast tips. The location is awesome for grabbing the metro, but the parking fees were kinda high. Overall, a nice place for a family stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the cozy vibes of the room and the reliable wifi. After a long day, it was nice to unwind at the small rooftop terrace and relax by the refreshing pool. The breakfast could've used a bit more variety, but it was decent enough to fill me up before heading out. 😊

Great location with easy access to public transport and local eateries, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff were notably professional and really enhanced the experience with their kindness. However, the room was on the smaller side and felt a bit basic with limited amenities. The breakfast options, while decent, lacked variety and could use improvement.

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a city break in Madrid with definitely value for money. The staff were super friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. Consider bringing some earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise at night.
